(prim)-(rix)

Primrix is a PHP framework build by James Dalgarno in January 2009. Primrix is still in beta and unavailable at this time as an Open Source project however there are plans to make Primrix available in the future to allow fellow PHP developers to produce fast, quality work using Primrix as the framework. Primrix is also packed with its own content management systems which will allow the developer (and through customisable permission settings; the users / sub administrators) access to controlling content and expand on existing page infrastructure.

Primrix also covers the following;

• Access to detailed logs (including $_POST information)
• Template design and injection
• Full form control, including auto-population and re-population
• User groups and permissions to allow control over every aspect of sub-level administration (user roles)
• Emailing templates for mass email (uses mailer friendly access) and template administration
• Emailing templates for site communication/automated emails
• Asset manager to control all assets (images and documents) including directories/folders
• Image manager for cropping and resizing
• News manager for creating site news articles and RSS feed control
• Site options and general settings
• Registered users and details
